German Vargas, Owner/Partner of Jade Home Improvements, is the field manager, Master Carpenter and has 12 years of experience in residential and and commercial construction (remodeling apartment complexes and flipping houses) and 10 years of experience working on decks, pergolas, and gazebos. Wood is his passion.
Melissa, Owner/Partner, is a USAF Veteran with a BSN degree. She is a licensed general contractor who creates drawings/blueprints using the IRC building codes. Melissa grasps the customer’s idea, hand-picks the material, and processes the permits. She also does the final inspection before turning it into the customer. 10 yrs of experience!
